Prior to reviewing your audio, you will have already completed a summary of your audio. Information such as if the audio requires verbatim will be added to the task details. After this the four-step process will begin:
Your audio is reviewed. Here we are looking for number of speakers, quality of audio, accents and so on. You are then given a set price per *65-characters.
Your audio is sent to our professional and dedicated Transcription Team and assigned a Transcriber.
Your completed transcription is checked by a Supervisor, with medical knowledge.
Your audio is checked again by one of our Senior Medical Transcribing Managers.
Only then, is it “Client Ready”.
